Wise Critical Results (WiseCR) is a web-based and integrated solution designed to facilitate the communication of critical results between radiologists, workflow coordinators, and referring physicians. The application aims to streamline the process of reporting critical results to enhance patient care pathways. WiseCR seamlessly integrates with any PACS system, eliminating the need for radiologists to use a separate application. Additionally, the solution provides key performance indicators (KPIs) related to critical results and patient care.

Radiologist Identification and Communication: Radiologists can identify critical results and communicate them directly, ensuring timely reporting.
Workflow Coordinator Communication: Workflow coordinators or imaging assistants can also communicate critical results to referring physicians from a pending workflow, ensuring seamless coordination.
Referring Physician Acknowledgement: Referring physicians receive email and SMS notifications to acknowledge critical results, ensuring prompt confirmation.
